The technician accesses the manufacturer's official platform and carries out the required operation, whether programming, coding, or calibration. During this process, the official procedure is followed to ensure a correct result.
Confirmation
Upon completion, it is verified that the operation has been successfully completed. The workshop receives confirmation and the necessary information, along with the corresponding payment link.
Detection
The process begins when the workshop identifies a fault or intervention that cannot be resolved with regular tools and requires access to the manufacturer's official systems. At that point, technical support is contacted to assess the case.
Diagnosis
The technical team makes a remote connection to analyze the situation in detail. The vehicle is reviewed, the need for intervention is validated, and it is confirmed whether a Passthru operation is required.
Authorization
Once the work is defined, the technician informs the workshop of the specific operation to be performed and the associated cost. The workshop validates the intervention with all the clear information before proceeding.
Delivery
With the intervention finished, the vehicle is ready for delivery. The workshop can return it to the customer with the operation completed according to the manufacturer's standards.
